Description

• Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of rotating equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Maintain and overhaul pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, centrifuges, conveyors, valves, cranes, hoists, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform alignment, vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Plan maintenance activities, manpower, tools, and spare parts.
• Use SAP, Maximo, Ultimo, or similar CMMS systems for work orders and maintenance records.
• Read engineering drawings and identify spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with SWP, LOTO, PPE, QHSE, ISO, EMS, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Safety, Inspection, and contractors.
• Identify equipment failures and recommend reliability improvements and modifications.

Educational Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience, or ITI with 8+ years’ experience.

Experience

Experience in chemical plants, refineries, power plants, or heavy industries.
