Purchasing and Contract Specialist

Description

  • Manage procurement of goods/services to ensure continuous operations
  • Identify supply risks & develop alternative sourcing plans
  • Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, bid analysis & contract setup
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve best value and cost savings
  • Perform cost analysis, budgeting & price forecasting
  • Manage supplier relationships & monitor performance
  • Ensure timely delivery, compliance & complete documentation
  • Handle contracts, purchase orders & procurement processes
  • Support end users and resolve procurement-related issues

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering

Experience

5-7 years of experience in similar industry
