Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing accounting transactions, financial statements, closings, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, managing balance sheets, tracking credit limits, reporting financial liquidity, auditing, and adherence to policies.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for management, producing statistical reports for comparison, and ensuring timely reporting following local rules and regulations.
- Contacting banks to process salary and non-salary payments for employees and updating all payroll entries, including accruals, in case of issues.
- Verifying vendor and customer information, inter-company payment statements, and balances to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and commissions.
- Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international rules and regulations.
Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Moderate understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Financial analysis/planning and reporting skills
