Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP system.
• Collaborating with departments to integrate business processes.
• Customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet the organization’s needs.
• Managing system upgrades and updates to minimize disruption.
• Leading ERP-related projects from planning to implementation.
• Supporting ERP system users and conducting training sessions.
• Ensuring data integrity and security.
• Identifying and resolving system issues.
• Developing and generating management reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional Certifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in SAP is highly advantageous.
• Certification in Office 365 highly recommended

Technical Skills:

• ERP expertise, Database Management, Programming Skills, System Integration, Data Analysis & Reporting.
• Troubleshooting, Networking Basics, User Training and Support, Change Management
