Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, operating systems, and software.
• Detection and remediation of faults and hardware/software repairs.
• Virus removal and data recovery.
• Monitoring and maintenance of firewall and network infrastructure.
• Creation and removal of user accounts and email-ids.
• Allocation of system folders and quota management.
• Security configuration of all I.T. devices.
• Periodic backup and disaster recovery plan monitoring.
• Technical support to all users.
• Training schedule coordination with H.R.
• Maintenance of temperature and water monitoring system I.T. server room.
• Compliance with ISO procedures and forms.
• Accountability to supervisor/manager and subordinates.

Professional Certifications:

• Diploma in computer science/I.T.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
